Annie Booker

Annie Booker is an author and illustrator based in Bristol, UK. After graduating with a First Class degree in Illustration from the University of West England, Annie was the winner of the Batsford Prize People's choice award in 2022 and her art for The Great Bear was also highly commended in the Macmillan Prize.

With a fierce passion for wildlife and the environment, Annie aims to introduce her readers to the joy and beauty of the natural world, as well as highlighting the struggles the world is currently facing.
