Adrian Reynolds

Adrian was born and raised on the Welsh coast in the UK. He studied at Swansea College of Art and later at Cambridge College of Art. Working at Heffers children’s bookshop, Adrian developed his interest in picture books. His first published illustrations were in 1997 with the highly popular Harry and the Dinosaurs series written by Ian Whybrow and published by Puffin books.

Adrian has gone on to collaborate with a range of authors including Julia Jarman, Jonathan Emmett, Sally Grindley, Michael Rosen and Jeanne Willis. His books have won the Red House Picture Book Award and the Sheffield Children’s Book Award. He lives in Cambridge with his wife and twin boys.
